What to expect
Arrive as You Are: There is no "beginner’s nerves" here that we haven't seen before. We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to meet your instructor and connect with other women in the group. This is where the sisterhood begins—over a quick hello and a shared goal. Move at Your Own Pace: Our sessions blend strength and stretching to suit all levels. We focus on functional movement, which means every exercise is adaptable. If a move doesn’t feel right for your body today, our instructors will help you find a variation that does. Connect and Reflect: We often end our sessions with a moment of reflection or a quick chat and snack. This is our time to connect, share practical health tips, and celebrate the day’s small wins together. What to Bring: Water: To stay hydrated and energized. Comfortable Clothing: Anything that lets you stretch and move. An Open Mind: Leave the stress of the day at the door; this time is for you.
