Women meeting and supporting each other

Real stories

What it looks like in real life

Each programme meets a real local need. Here's what that looks like for our two core programmes.

Communi-TEA

The need

Over 50 local women had limited access to health checks and peer support. There was no safe, informal space for that kind of conversation.

What we did

Communi-TEA created a welcoming space with health checks, wellbeing support, and honest conversation. Women arrived for the tea and stayed for the community.

What changed

Women got the health support they needed, built real friendships, and told us they felt less alone.

Move with Us

The need

Many women found mainstream gyms unwelcoming. The culture, the cost, and the environment all got in the way.

What we did

Move with Us offered women-only sessions led by women with shared experience. Sessions were low-cost, local, and built around real lives.

What changed

Women started coming regularly, grew in confidence, and built a community that keeps showing up.

How we know

How we track what’s working

We're honest about what we measure and how. Here's what we do.

01

Attendance tracking

We keep session records for every programme and venue.

02

Feedback forms

Short surveys after each session about wellbeing, confidence, and connection.

03

Testimonials and stories

Women’s own words, gathered with consent and used to show what the numbers mean.

04

Partner feedback

What our local partners see and share with us.

The next step
